This book was everything.
Kai and London are those kind of broken people who find in each other the best way to heal. I have to say this book, took my heart and made me feel everything from the good to the bad.
Raised to kill, and suffering a life of numbness Kai meets London. This beautiful light in his dark world.
After been together for a long week, Kai decides to leave London, he knows he's not good for her, and he knows that what he's feeling for her is deep but the time they were together was enough to makes Kai worried about what could happen if the Vault discover everything.
But not everything worked out as they planned it, and the worst comes... Leaving London in the middle and changing her life forever.
She comes back broken, and before she was the light, now Kai must bring that life back to save the woman who stole his heart and who belongs to him.

My handsome and tough Kai. He has the description of a good antihero, but he's a human and thought his life after her wasn't good, he proved every moment that he wanted his woman back, of course it was going to be a hard work. But love is love and the light was in London's life it just needed to be back in her.
And London... my sweet London, who suffered so much she came back alive after what happened. She's the kind of character you relate to. She was real, broken and healing. She was the light and thanks God it was back. I have to say that it hurted me every time remember what she'd been through. And it was matter of time until that broken girl, let the bravegirl come to life again.
I loved this book. So much. And I plan to read every book after this one, and every single thing about this series. It hurted in a good way, and the story was breathtakingly heartbreaking and beautiful.
